Shipping Policy and Exchange Policy

Orders are shipped using a number of methods.   In 2024, due to repeated Canada Post strikes, we extended our options for shipping to many other agencies including Fed Ex, UPS, Purolator, as well as Courier Agencies such as GLS and ICS.


We endeavor to process pack and ship all orders within 1 - 3 days of the order being placed and will pick the most appropriate shipping option.  Tracking will always be provided.

 

Other shipping options for more rapid delivery are available.   


Standard Canadian Shipping Rates:

*There are some special places where shipping charge is not standard, we will work with the customer on those cases.
**Free Shipping amount only applies after any discount, before tax and shipping.
  • Orders typically take 1 to 3 business days to be packaged and shipped.
  • Depending on the shipping address location in Canada, allow about 3-7 business days for delivery from the date your order is shipped.
  • Additional shipping charges may apply, if the order item size is unusually large, heavy or in a remote location
  • Each shipment must meet at least 1 of the below conditions
    • A Flat Rate or pain shipping is paid for
    • Over free shipping amount

Shipping to United States

  • Free Shipping for order between $300 to $800 CAD
  • Otherwise, a shipping rate of $22.99 CAD within the Continental USA. 
  • VAT, tax, tariffs, and duty fees are included in the order total. The cost at checkout is the landed cost.
  • Orders typically take 1 to 3 business days to be packaged and shipped.
  • Depending on the shipping address location in United State, allow 4-7 business days for delivery from the date your order is shipped.
  • Please note that we will not be able to deliver to PO Box.
  • All shipments are subject to custom and tax from the government of United States 
  • Additional shipping charges may apply, if the order item size is unusually large, heavy or in a remote location

 


IN STORE PICKUP ORDERS

Orders can also be picked up, during store hours, at our brick and mortar location at 306 Dundas St W, (Unit B22 at rear of building in basement), Whitby, ON, L1N2M5.   See Store Details page for more info.

 

The Gamers Table 30 Day Exchange Policy

We will take back, withing 30 days, any game purchased from The Gamers Table and help you find a suitable replacement game(s) of equal or greater value to that of the returning game.

We reserve the right to not offer a refund for previously purchased game.
